If you want to up your game, and become the best you can be, you can’t go wrong with The Triathlon Coach.
As head coach Simon Ward says “Most triathletes are good at training but sometimes this happens at the expense of a balanced lifestyle. My passion is helping age groupers to overcome the challenges of fitting their training (and recovery) into a busy life and yet still achieve their goals.”
